Product Description
The kit provides reagents for extraction of total nucleic acids from up to 6000 respiratory swabs or saliva samples of 200 µL. Total nucleic acids are finally eluted in a volume of 100 µL Elution Buffer. The obtained nucleic acids should be used for qPCR, qRT-PCR immediately after extraction. Storage at -20°C is recommended for later analysis.
