For Click Chemistry with 70 pmol to 22 nmol of Modified Oligonucleotide This kit was especially optimized to link an oligonucleotide containing a terminal alkyne to an azide-modified oligonucleotide without the need for splint oligos. Labeling of alkyne- or azide-modified oligonucleotides using label-azides or label-alkynes, respectively, is also possible using this kit.
