Product Description
This alkyne modified nucleotide triphosphate can be used in nucleotide mixtures for PCR with family B polymerases in order to generate highly functionalized DNA fragments. After PCR, the fragments can be conjugated by click reaction to e.g. marker azides to be used e.g. as multi-labeled primers, FISH probes or aptamers.
