Product Description
Promotion runs until 31.12.2023A cost-effective ready-to-use 5X-concentrated solution for dye-based qPCR detection of DNA targets using EvaGreen® dsDNA intercalating dye and SYBR®/FAM detection channel. The mix has three versions to match different instruments. The ROX-mix is compatible with qPCR instruments that require low or high ROX level for signal normalization. The capillary-mix is optimised for capillary based systems.
