Description: This hamster IgG fraction was purified by affinity chromatography from normal Golden Syrian hamster serum. Applications Reported: Golden Syrian hamster IgG isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This Golden Syrian hamster IgG isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension and should be used atsame concentration as experimental antibody. Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser. Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
