Product # 31186 reacts with the heavy chain portion of mouse IgM, but does not react against normal mouse IgG or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. The antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with human, bovine and horse serum proteins. This antibody may cross-react with IgM from other species. Store product at 4°C until opened. After opening, dilute only enough antibody for a single day’s use.
