Purity: The precipitin lines against goat anti-mouse whole serum are the same as those against goat anti-mouse IgG, Fc fragment specific when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis at an antigen concentration of 20 mg/mL. No reaction was observed against goat anti-mouse IgA, alpha-chain specific or goat anti-mouse IgM, mu-chain specific. This antibody is recommended for use in blocking assays, immunohistochemical, immunocytochemical and immunofluorescent applications. Product may be stored for up to 6 weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. After dilution, do not use for more than one day.
