Purity: Based on immunoelectrophoresis at an antigen concentration of 20 mg/mL, the pattern of precipitation against goat anti-mouse whole serum is the same as that against goat anti-mouse IgG, Fc fragment specific. No precipitin line was detected against goat anti-mouse IgA, alpha chain specific or goat anti-mouse IgM, µ chain specific. This antibody is recommended for use in blocking assays, immunohistochemical, immunocytochemical and immunofluorescent applications. Store product at 4°C until opened. After opening, dilute only enough material for a single day’s use.; store remainder at 4°C under sterile conditions.
