Description: The monoclonal rat IgG2a is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This eBR2a antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension. This should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
