Description: The monoclonal rat IgG1, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This eBRG1 antibody has been reported for use in immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical staining. Applications Tested: This eBRG1 antibody has been tested by immunohistochemistry on frozen mouse tissue. Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody. Filter Recommendation: When using this eFluor® 570 antibody conjugate, we recommend a filter that will capture the 570 emission wavelength (for example, Excitation 545/25, 565LP, Emission 605/70). A standard Alexa Fluor® 555 or TRITC filter is acceptable.
