MA1-10817 detects Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone from human samples. MA1-10817 has been successfully used in ELISA, radioimmune assays and immunohistochemistry applications. The MA1-10817 immunogen is purified human gonadotropin releasing hormone. The Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone (LH-RH) is produced in the hypothalamus and influences the release of Luteinizing Hormone in the pituitary gland. LH-RH is also known as Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH).
