MA1-18418 detects p75 NTR from human, cat, dog, pig, rabbit and ovine samples. This antibody does not cross-react with rat and mouse p75 NTR. MA1-18418 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, ELISA and flow cytometry applications. The MA1-18418 immunogen is human WM245 melanoma cells. For long term storage, glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability. Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water. Reconstitute with the addition of 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20 °C for a higher stability, and at 4 °C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with the addition of 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
