MA1-18420 detects p75NTR from human, cat, dog, pig, rabbit and ovine samples. This antibody does not cross-react with mouse or rat p75 NTR. MA1-18420 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, ELISA and flow cytometry applications. The MA1-18420 immunogen is human WM245 melanoma cells. This product can last up to 4 months at 4° C with the addition of an appropriate antibacterial agent.
