Flow - this antibody weakly stains alveolar macrophages by recognizing the extracellular domain of MARCO, with transfected COS cells used as a positive control. Immunoprecipitation - will immunoprecipitate MARCO as a 60 kDa and 50 kDa protein from transfected COS lysates. Functional Assays - blocks human alveolar macrophages by recognizing the extracellular doamin of MARCO. Recommended positive control: Human alveolar macrophages; Negative control: All other human cells.
