MA1-411 reacts with high affinity to the B form of the progesterone receptor from human, mouse, rat, rabbit, bovine, ovine, chicken, and guinea pig tissues. This antibody does not cross-react with estrogen receptor or glucocorticoid receptor. MA1-411 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunocytochemical, immunohistochemical and immunoprecipitation procedures.
