MA5-14672 targets Alkaline Phosphatase in ELISA, IP, and RIA applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-14672 immunogen is purified human placenta ALP. MA5-14672 detects Alkaline Phosphatase which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 59 kDa. Product MA514672 is a smaller package size of MIA1802 (formerly sold as a Seradyn product). Placental Alkaline Phosphatase plays an important role in the regulation of specific inflammatory disease processes. There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney for this form of alkaline phosphatase have been well characterized.
