Specificity: reacts to Histone H3 trimethylated at Lysine 4 (K4me3). No cross reactivity with monomethylated Lysine 4 (K4me1) or dimethylated Lysine 4 (K4me3), or other methylation in histone H3. Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.
