Product Description
By Western blot, this antibody detects a ~46 kDa band. A suggested positive control for this product is rat or mouse retinal tissue lysate. CHX10 encodes a homeobox protein originally described as a retina-specific transcription factor. Mutations in this gene are associated with microphthalmia, cataracts and iris abnormalities.
