PA1-18257 detects Ubiquitin from human, rat, bovine, and ovine samples. PA1-18257 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin and frozen) and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18257 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues H(48) V F L V S C A L P D S V(60) of human ubiquitin, conjugated to Blue Carrier Protein. The sequence is 100% conserved in bovine, mouse and rat. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20ºC for a higher stability, and at 4ºC with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water. Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water.
