PA1-18314 detects DBH from human, rat, guinea pig, and bovine samples. PA1-18314 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, Western blot, radioimmune assay, and inhibition assay procedures. The PA1-18314 immunogen is native enzyme prepared from bovine adrenal glands. After reconstitution, store aliquots at -20 C or 4 C with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water. Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20 °C for a higher stability, and at 4 °C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles.
