Product Description

PA1-18380 detects beta NGF from human, mouse, rat, and avian samples. This antibody does not react with bovine protein. PA1-18380 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western blot, and inhibition assay procedures. The PA1-18380 immunogen is native mouse beta NGF purified from submaxillary salivary gland. Reconstitute with 50 µL of distilled water. Reconstitute in 50 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20 °C for a higher stability, and at 4 °C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Reconstitute in 50 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. The actions of this polypeptide result from binding to specific cell surface receptors which are present as both high and low affinity sites. Although both t
