PA1-18408 detects Connexin-45 from human samples. PA1-18408 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18408 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues Q(354) A Y S H Q N N P H G P R E(367) of human Connexin-45, conjugated to diphtheria toxoid. Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water. Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
