Product Description
Recommended positive controls: HepG2, mouse liver, PDK3-transfected 293T. Predicted reactivity: Mouse (96%), Rat (96%), Chicken (93%), Bovine (98%). Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. PDK3 inhibits the mitochondrial pyruvate dehydrogenase complex by phosphorylation of the E1 alpha subunit, thus contributing to the regulation of glucose metabolism.
