This antibody is not recommended for use in Flow cytometry, ICC, IF, IP or WB applications. G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPR63 is a member of this family (subfamily: lysophospholipid/lysosphingolipid) and its expression has been reported in several brain regions, including caudate, frontal cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain, and thalamus, as well as in small intestine, stomach, and thymus.
