Product Description
Recommended positive controls: 293T, A431, HeLa, HepG2. Predicted reactivity: Mouse (95%), Rat (96%), Rhesus Monkey (100%), Bovine (97%). Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. MCM6 may be involved in the control of a single round of DNA replication during S phase. It binds to chromatin during G1 and detaches from it during S phase as if it licenses the chromatin to replicate.
