Product Description
In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ECE-2 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS. ECE-1 is involved in proteolytic processing of endothelin precursors to biologically active peptides.
