Product Description
In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) SOX1, rhSOX2, rhSOX3, rhSOX5, rhSOX6, rhSOX7, rhSOX9, rhSOX10, rhSOX12, rhSOX14, rhSOX15, rhSOX17, and rhSOX21 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS. This intronless gene encodes a member of the SOX family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. The protein may function in the developing nervous system and play a role in tumorigenesis.
