Product Description
In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinat human (rh) ZIC-1, rhZNF-24, and rhZNF-206 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS. DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and the maturation of the T lymphocyte. It also interacts with a critical control element in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter as well as with the promoters for other genes expressed during early stages of B-cell and T-cell development.
