Product Description
In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ENPP-7 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS. ENPP7 converts sphingomyelin to ceramide. ENPP7 also has phospholipase C activity toward palmitoyl lyso-phosphocholine. ENPP7 does not appear to have nucleotide pyrophosphatase activity.
