Product Description
In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FUT3, rhFUT5, and rhFUT11 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS. Catalyzes the addition of fucose in alpha 1-6 linkage to the first GlcNAc residue, next to the peptide chains in N-glycans.
