Product Description
In direct ELISAs, approximately 38% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Plexin B3 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhPlexin B2 is observed. Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the plexin family. It functions as a receptor for semaphorin 5A, and plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
