PEP-015 is an 11 amino acid (amino acids 29-39) synthetic peptide whose sequence is from the amino end of SERCA3 that is conserved in mouse, rat, and human SERCA3. The sequence of this peptide is (amino to carboxy terminus): V-T-D-A-R-E-R-Y-G-P-N This peptide may be used for neutralization and control experiments with the polyclonal antibody that reacts with this product and serca3, catalog # PA1-910A.
