This Goat anti-Human IgG Fc Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP specifically detects human IgG Fc with no cross reactivity to human IgA or IgM or various species immunoglobulins. The sensitivity and specificity of each lot is confirmed using ELISA. Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies. These genes are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro.
