The rat anti-mouse CD370 (Clec9A or DNGR-1) monoclonal antibody 10B4 (rat IgG2a kappa) reacts with the mouse CD370 protein. CLEC9A (C-type lectin domain family 9 member A), a transmembrane glycoprotein with a single extracellular C-type lectin domain (CTLD), plays a role in the immune response. As an activation receptor, CLEC9A is expressed on myeloid lineage cells, helps process material from dead cells, recognizes filamentous actin when cell membranes are damaged, and helps present antigens to cytotoxic T cells. CLEC9A has an intracellular cytoplasmic tail with potential signaling motifs.
