The Phospho-Tau Multiplex ELISA Kit is a flexible, quantitative immunoassay platform with a pre-formatted plate to run as either a 2-plex (two targets, half-plate per analyte) or a 3-plex (three targets, one-third plate per analyte), letting you choose the phosphorylation sites most relevant to your study, including pTau-T181, pTau-S199, pTau-S202/T205, pTau-T217, and pTau-T231. All analytes share a single optimized protocol, minimizing hands-on time while maximizing throughput. Compatible with human, mouse, and rat samples.
