SignalChem Diagnostics DNA Library Prep Kit (Mechanical) is designed to generate high-quality DNA sequencing libraries for Illumina™ and MGI™ platforms. The kit is optimized to have high efficiency in end repair, dA-tailing, and adapter ligation. It supports a broad DNA input range from 100 pg to 1 μg and is compatible with a diverse range of DNA sample sources, including genomic DNA, FFPE tissue, circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA), and ChIP-derived DNA.

Amplification is driven by a high-fidelity DNA polymerase that provides high accuracy and uniformity and is designed to enhance detection of low-frequency variants. This kit uses an engineered ligase to maximize adapter ligation efficiency while reducing formation of dimers, resulting in higher library conversion rates and improved sequencing quality.
